Heidi Nelson is the law firm’s paralegal devoted entirely to serving our family law clients. She has over 20 years of experience as a paralegal at various law firms. She has a B.S. degree in business administration and lives in Waconia.

ALEX HARSTE
Legal Assistant/Business Manager
Alex Harste has worked with Traci since 2008 in different roles within the unique world of family law. Alex’s role with Capistrant Van Loh, P.A. is serving as Traci's Legal Assistant along with Genevieve. She and Genevieve are also Traci's ADR Coordinators working with parties and counsel to schedule, facilitate and manage the process for ADR. She also serves as the firm’s Business Manager, handling billing and other business matters. Alex works Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

GeneviÈve Bijold
Administrative Assistant & ADR Coordinator
Geneviève joined Capistrant Van Loh, P.A. in October 2024. She has an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design and Production. Genevieve's role with Capistrant Van Loh, P.A. is as Administrative Assistant. She, along with Alex, serves as Traci's Legal Assistant and ADR Coordinator, working with parties and counsel to schedule, facilitate and manage the process for ADR with both Traci and Dan. She works Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
