Martha Sullivan

Martha Sullivan is a highly regarded attorney with a passion for family law and estate planning, renowned for her innovative approach to alternative dispute resolution. A proud graduate of Hamline Law School, she also holds a degree from Smith College, where she not only excelled academically but also showcased her leadership as a member of the Swim Team and a college radio DJ.

 

In Hastings, Minnesota, Martha founded a thriving law firm and established a pioneering legal clinic dedicated to supporting women in shelters, demonstrating her commitment to community service. Recently, she has further distinguished herself by completing advanced training in Divorce Coaching, enhancing her ability to guide clients through the complexities of divorce with empathy and expertise.

 

Martha's dedication to her clients is reflected in her active involvement with several prestigious organizations, including the Minnesota Client Security Board, Dakota County Bar Association, and the United Way. She serves on the Board of Trustees for Regina Allina Hospital and the First District Ethics Committee, showcasing her commitment to ethical legal practices and community well-being.

 

Recognized for her exceptional service, Martha is the proud recipient of the Amicus Curiae Award from the First District in 2024 and has earned the “Best of Eagan” Client Rating in the same year.
